Home Inspections in Vancouver, WA

and SW Washington

What does a home inspector do?

We visually inspect readily accessible systems for defects and safety concerns. We are not code inspectors, but we do suggest current common building standards. These inspections can be completed for pre-listing, home maintenance, new home construction, and most commonly when purchasing a home. A home inspector must follow the Standards of Practice for which the inspection is taking place.
