Residential

A 48 hour continuous radon monitoring test is recommended in SW Washington and Oregon to help determine if elevated levels of radon are present. Action is required per EPA guidelines if radon is 4.0 pCi/L or greater.

We are IAC2 consultants and certified by InterNACHI for mold inspections. Microbial growth is caused by multiple factors including moisture intrusion, relative humidity, lack of air flow, etc. We use proven air/swab sampling techniques and third party accredited laboratories for confirmation with a report and recommendations.

Air Conditioning, Heating, and Ventilation - Ducting, HVAC mechanical equipment, thermostats, air returns, registers, and ventilation.
Electrical - Electrical service connections, electric panel, visible branch wiring, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, outlets, and GFCI devices.
Interior - Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, walls, grout, ceilings, stairs, windows, and doors.
Exterior - Siding, trim, stairs, rails, decks, grounds/grading, retaining walls, and balconies.
